When I recommend staging, my clients almost always agree to bring in the stager before we put the home on the market and show it to buyers. It works and these homes almost always sell fast and for a good price.
I do have a few clients who don’t believe that staging will work, or isn’t needed for their home. In many cases, we end up bringing in the stager after we tried selling it without staging.

Nothing else was changed but staging. You can see for yourself the difference. And yes, we got better feedback as soon as we staged the house and quickly got it sold.
