A couple of days ago I wrote a post about how difficult the current market is for new home builders in the St. Louis area.
My broker, Shawn Kelsey, has been representing a local builder, Jacaty Construction, for about 10 years. Together, Shawn and Jack Jacaty have sold over 25 homes totaling over $10,000,000.
