St. Louis has many great neighborhoods and communities. Regardless of the lifestyle you want or the stage of life you are in, there are likely many places where you would feel at home.
St. Louis Magazine published a fun article in their April 2009 print issue, “The Perfectly Personified, Quasi-Bona Fide Guide to St. Louis Neighborhoods”. Inspired by their article, I’ve put together my own personal neighborhood guide.
Where are the Best Places to Live & Play in St. Louis?
With so many choices in where to live in the St. Louis metro area, choosing the best location can be daunting. St. Louis residents often rely on preconceived notions and are not willing to give a new community a chance that might be perfect for them.
For people relocating to St. Louis, it can be even harder to decide where they should live. Often relocating buyers find themselves bombarded with suggestions from their new co-workers. I’ve even had buyers come to me with questions about areas based on the advice of a waitress or airplane seatmate.
If you are relocating, your real estate agent should be able to help you sort through the maze of options and help you select a neighborhood that is perfect for you.
